            girlfaceA comprehensive early childhood development program designed to meet the needs of pregnant women and children from birth to age three. Center based and home based services are available. Center based services operate in Oakland at the Dennett Road Early Learning Center and the Overlook Child Development Center, in Grantsville at the Grantsville Early Learning Center (GV Elementary School) and in Friendsville through a partnership with Sunny Days Child Care (FV Elementary School). Specialized programs are available in some areas for families needing childcare before and after the traditional 8 am to 3 pm center day.
