            Developing and maintaining quality affordable housing...

             
            Garrett County Community Action is the developer, owner, and/or manager of over 600 affordable rental units. GCCAC also builds and develops single family homes and building sites that are sold to persons graduating from the GCCAC home owner programs.
             
             
            GCCAC is owner of Mountain Village (88 units) in McHenry, Cassel Ridge (36 units) in Grantsville, Overlook North (60 units) Liberty Mews (36 units), Liberty Square (30 units), Glades and Yough Village (64 units) in Oakland, Pleasant View (24 units) in Loch Lynn Heights, Meadows at Mountain Lake (90 units), Parkwood (32 units), Oakwood (32 units), Pine View (36 units) in Mountain Lake Park, Parkside (24 units) in Terra Alta, and Green Acres (58 units) in Kingwood. GCCAC also owns/manages single family and apartment rentals in Accident, Oakland, Deer Park, Loch Lynn Heights, Kitzmiller, Mountain Lake Park, and Friendsville.
