Community Facility Development

GCCAC works with communities and public, private and non profit entities to finance and build facilities that improve the quality of life and economic opportunities for Garrett County residents.
Senior citizen and early child education centers have been developed and are operated in Friendsville, Grantsville, Accident, Crellin, and Oakland.
GCCAC worked with partners to develop a domestic violence shelter. GCCAC also developed commercial buildings in McHenry, Grantsville and Oakland.
The Agency has designed and financed a facility to be used as a federally qualified health center.
