            Potomac Edison COVID-19 Released Statement:

            “We understand that customers may be facing concerns and hardships due to steps underway to help limit the spread of #COVID19.
            Effective immediately, service shutoffs for past-due customers are discontinued.
            We will monitor the situation and adjust our policy as circumstances develop.
            Customers who are facing hardships should call 1-800-686-0011 to speak with a member of our team. #coronavirus”
             

            Columbia Gas COVID-19 Released Statement:

            Columbia Gas announced that it will voluntarily suspend shutoffs fornonpayment in response to the COVID-19
            pandemic, effectively immediately. This suspension will apply to residential, commercial and industrial customers and will
            remain in effect until further notice. In addition, Columbia Gas will offer its most flexible payment plans to
            customers who indicate either an impact or hardship as a result of COVID-19 and will suspend late payment
            charges until May 1. Columbia Gas will continue to monitor current events and support our customers and communities.

            'The safety of our employees and customers is at the forefront of everything we do at Columbia Gas," said Columbia Gas President
            Mike Huwar. "We are taking a proactive, coordinated approach to prevent, mitigate and respond to COVID-19."

            Any customer who has received a termination notice or is having trouble paying his/her bill
            should call 1-888-460-4332 to discuss payment arrangements and/or financial assistance programs.

            The 2-Generation approach can be defined and implemented in a number of ways
            depending upon an agency's capacity and the needs of families and communities. 
            GCCAC has created a video,that details the GCCAC 2-G approach.
             
             The Local Management Boards of Allegany and Garrett Counties have identified a need for technical assistance
            for community capacity building around a two generation approach to services
            A NOFA  has been released to hire a consultant to provide training and follow-up coaching to LMB
            vendors and community stakeholders in Allegany and Garrett Counties
            on using Data to Guide and Improve Child and Family Outcomes.  See "FY18 Technical Assistance NOFA" above  for details
